With many peoples, the food and drinks of Ethiopia reflect the many difficult cultures. Ethiopia typical dish is Wot , a hot spicy stew of meat or vegetables , seasoned with a blend of Berbere . Often made with Doro wet (Chicken) . It is normally served with Enjera , the traditional spongy pancake made from a fermented Teffe flour batter . In most good restaurants or in the local Buna bet ( coffee house ) you will find delicious dishes that reflect the customs and the ingredients of the region . Ethiopian Chicken stew ( Doro Wet) is the most popular Ethiopian dish served on special occasion with ingera and aside order of Yogurt or home made cottage cheese .Doro Weet chicken stew is prepared by slaughter chicken with knife and removed skin from the chicken by in hand ,then cut inti the usual part or 12 part ( traditional apart ) must be disjoint and wash several times in a basin with water wash cut into small pieces , adds to large bowls of clean water and soak chicken in it and cook it a separated sauce plan with sweated onion , spices , commune , ginger , red pepper and blabla. .. then the finally after Doro wet chicken stew has been ripped ,drop into the sauce pan hard boiled egg finally served to the family by making circle in home by basket work . Welcome from Addis Ababa Bole international Airport terminal, pick u up and take you to one of Typical traditional restaurant .You will be welcome at the entrance of the restaurant and waiter or waitress come to you and wash your hand with small basin with Jog ,then it is time to eat your Enjera ( Ethiopian Pan cake ) three days dough rising with variety of Weet (stew ) . Once you eat this food, you lick your thumb again and again. Start by torn a piece of Enjera using right hand. It is ethical of Ethiopia eat using right hand .Local Tej is recommended to drink while you eat this food. After you enjoy with this , you will transfer to Bole international Airport for next flight .
