<p>The tour starts with the visit of the vibrant Monumental area of Naples and with the tasting of a typical strong and cremy coffee at the Gambrinus Bar, the historical coffeehouse. Walking along the crowded and cheerful Toledo street I will tell you about the Neapolitan life style, legends and old traditions. You'll see the colourful pastries shops where you can taste the babà rum, a light, golden, brioche-like sweet bread that is generously soaked in rum syrup or a traditional sfogliatella, a shell-shaped pastry. Sfogliatella means small, thin leaf/layer, as the pastry's texture resembles stacked leaves. After this first approach to the Neapolitan specialities you'll reach the historical center of the city with its cheerful markets, the beating heart of Naples where you can order the best pizza ever had in a very informal atmosphere. The traditional local Pizzerias are privided of wood burning brick oven plans that make the pizza unique!</p>
